We offer many training packages to meet any budget and have a registered dietitian available for your nutritional needs. Each Personal Training contract is customized depending on travel distance and number of sessions purchased. Train one-on-one or with a group of friends. One-on-one session price ranges from $60 - $80 per hour. Group training prices vary.
Our Nutritional Consultation packages is as follows: 1 - 3 sessions $95.00
4 - 5 sessions $85.00
6 - 7 sessions $80.00
8 and up $75.00
