About Us
FitPhysique4Life is a privately owned company that focuses
on Personal Training and spa/beauty services in the comfort, convenience and privacy of your own home or business. All equipment is provided. Our trainers are Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), CPR and AED certified and are fully insured. In addition, a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) is available for those with restrictions and impairments.

Our mission is to improve the lives of as many people as possible by instructing them with an appropriate exercise program, educating them on the importance of a proper diet, and motivating them to dedicate themselves to an overall healthy lifestyle which will, in turn, improve every aspect of their life.

Our Program
Why does our program work? FitPhysique4Life designs a program specifically tailored to your fitness level while helping you achieve your fitness, health or weight loss goals. We incorporate NASM's Optimum Performance Training system. These forms of training include: flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, reactive, speed, agility and quickness, and resistance. Our sessions are time efficient, challenging, fun and produce incredible results!
